MeMA-Music empowers young people from underserved communities of all backgrounds and abilities by using music and song analysis as the foundation for arts-integrated academic education that enhances literacy, historical awareness, and civic understanding—helping students understand society and find their voice. By raising young people’s voices, we aim to inspire youth with the message that they can become successful adults with a positive vision of the future.
