Introspection

Introspection is an immersive 21-day program that uses conscious music and guided reflection to help high school youth and young adults explore who they are, where they come from, and how they want to show up in the world.

Rooted in the belief that it takes 21 days to break—or build—a habit, this program blends music analysis, emotional inquiry, and creative writing. Each day introduces a new theme—such as Pain, Healing, Identity, Roots, or Legacy—paired with a powerful song and a thought-provoking prompt. Participants respond by writing one original bar of lyrics per day, drawn from their personal reflections. By the end of the program, each participant has written and assembled a fully original song—formed line by line through daily insight and expression. Introspection builds self-awareness, cultural literacy, resilience, and the power of voice, showing how conscious music can serve as a mirror and a tool for growth and change.
